About
CH Group

One holding group, ten operating companies and a quarter-century of building the infrastructure Ghana's economy runs on.

Our story

A Holding Group Built on Conviction and Craft.

CH Group is the entrepreneurial parent of several innovative companies in various industry sectors. Established over 25 years ago, CH Group has evolved into one of Ghana’s leading conglomerates, driving transformation in energy, infrastructure, logistics, real estate, and new economies.

It began with a single fuel trader in 1997. What followed was not a portfolio assembled from opportunities but a group built one operating company at a time — each entered because the infrastructure Ghana needed did not yet exist, and each held long enough to become the standard in its sector.

Today the group runs terminals and tank farms, develops and manages property, collects and treats waste and water, and builds the digital rails under the next generation of African commerce — from one balance sheet, and from Accra.

Purpose & Direction

Our vision

We see an Africa whose best companies need no allowance made for where they were built — held for decades, run to an international standard, and owned from Accra.

A group measured in decades rather than quarters — trusted by the governments, partners and communities it operates among, and owned from Accra.

Our mission

We are on a mission to build disruptive businesses that help rewrite the African story.

From origins in petroleum trading to a multi-sector enterprise, the group's story is one of resilience, reinvention and regional leadership.

Strategic Pillars — 2025 to 2030

Attain and sustain a top-3 market position in every sector we operate within West Africa.

  • Portfolio Depth

  • Regional Expansion
