Our mission
The foundation is where that sentence stops being about business. It is governed separately from the group's trading companies, with its own board and its own reporting, so a programme answers to the community it serves rather than to a business plan.

HealthcareTwo fitted-out clinic vehicles on a fixed monthly circuit through eleven farming and fishing communities more than an hour from the nearest health centre.
EnvironmentNative shade, fruit and mangrove species replanted along degraded stretches of the Densu — paid for at eighteen months, by surviving tree rather than by seedling.
Economic EmpowermentNine-month cohorts that bring small Ghanaian suppliers into the group's procurement chain, then help them survive it — half of every intake women-led.
