Role Overview
Take commercial ownership of a mixed portfolio of offices and residences in Airport City, Cantonments and Ridge — occupancy, yield, tenant relationships and capital works.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and defend rent positions across the portfolio each cycle
- Lead lease negotiations and renewals with corporate tenants
- Approve planned maintenance programmes with Denton Property Managers
- Report portfolio performance to the group investment committee
Requirements
- Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate Finance or similar
- Six years managing commercial property in Ghana
- Membership of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors
- Fluency with service charge budgeting and reconciliation
