Role Overview
Lead well planning and production optimisation across our Western Region assets, working alongside the terminal and logistics teams that move every barrel we lift.
Key Responsibilities
- Own production forecasting and well intervention planning for assigned fields
- Review drilling programmes with partners and regulators before submission
- Work with Tema Tank Farm on scheduling, quality and loss control
- Mentor two junior engineers through the group's technical ladder
Requirements
- BSc in Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Eight or more years in upstream operations, at least three in Ghana or the wider Gulf of Guinea
- Working knowledge of Petroleum Commission reporting requirements
- Member in good standing of the Ghana Institution of Engineering
