Terminal Operations Supervisor

Role Overview
Run the shift that keeps product moving through Ghana's busiest import corridor — discharge, storage, loading and the safety case that sits over all three.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise vessel discharge and road loading across a 24-hour rota
- Enforce the terminal's permit-to-work and confined-space procedures
- Reconcile stock daily and investigate every variance above tolerance
- Coordinate with NPA inspectors during audits and calibration
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Chemical Engineering, Logistics or a related field
- Five years in bulk liquid storage, refinery or terminal operations
- Demonstrated command of hydrocarbon safety standards
- Willingness to work nights and public holidays on rotation
