Goldkey Properties breaks ground on Cantonments City mixed-use scheme

Goldkey Properties has broken ground on a 14-storey mixed-use development in Cantonments City, combining grade-A office floors, 60 serviced apartments and ground-floor retail.

The scheme is designed to a green building standard, with rainwater harvesting, high-efficiency chillers and rooftop solar sized to cover common-area demand.

Denton Property Managers will take on facilities management from practical completion, which the developer is targeting for the first quarter of 2029.

Pre-letting discussions are underway with two financial services tenants and an international development agency.
